Critter Sketch Challenge #5 and KSS Crew Challenge 23-3 Masking

I've been anxious to use my new lilac stamps from Kitchen Sink Stamps. I think they are gorgeous stamps. I've also wanted to use the Faux Painted Panel technique from Technique Junkies (Oct./Nov. 2009). Well, this week's Critter Sketch Challenge gave me the opportunity to do both. Actually, because of the way I stamped the lilacs and leaves, I also met the Kitchen Sink Crew Challenge.
The large center lilac was masked to stamp the smaller ones on either side. All of the lilacs were masked to stamp the leaves. The upper part of the card was done with the TJ Faux Painted Paneling for the stripes on the Critter Sketch.
The stamps used were all KSS stamps from the Lilacs (flowers), Honey Bunny (Birthday), and Ready 4 Any Holiday (wishing you a happy). The paper is all from Club Scrap. All inks are Adirondack unless noted below.
Color recipes: Left lilac - 1 cool peri, 2 amethyst (Club Scrap), 3 imperial purple (Versafine), 4 eggplant. Center lilac - 1 cloudy blue, 2 cool peri, 3 purple twilight, 4 eggplant. Right lilac - 1shell pink, 2 shell pink, 3 angel pink (Memento), 4 plum. Leaves - 1 willow, 2 citrus, 3 meadow.

Great job on the masking. It doesn't look stamped at all. Thanks for playing along with the Critter Sketch Challenge!
