This week Critter Sketch is hosting a sketch challenge. My card has images from
Beyond The Sea, an Artistic Outpost stamp sheet. The image was colored with
Creative Inspirations paints. The background panel was texturized using and embossing folder and then highlighted with fairy dust for the shimmer. I think it gives the look of waves shimmering in the sunshine.
