I made this tag for the Octopode Factory tag challenge and the Tuesday Throwdown hot colors challenge. My tag background was made using dylusions sprays and stencil. Normally, using shades of blue might not be considered hot colors, but I think dylusions sprays in most colors qualify as hot! My images are Charlie Chaplin and his favorite leading lady Edna Purviance. Both images are from the Octopode collection. The quote was found on the Internet and was computer generated.
