Christmas in June. I started with a red card base and dry embossed it with the December calendar folder (Tim Holtz). I used black soot distress ink to highlight the embossing Both the tree and the train are die cuts from Cheery Lynn. The sentiment is an outline sticker.

Great card! I really like how you made the calendar embossing the background. Those die cuts are so detailed - I especially like the train. Thank you for sharing with us this month at Inspiration Journal. =)
I second Lisa's comment! Great card!
This is a fabulous Christmas card with a great design! I love the placement of the train in front of the Christmas tree! Thanks for playing along in this week's challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs and good luck!
Barbara, what a fun Christmas card, love the train paired up with the tree. When I was a kid, my dad always set up a train around the base of our tree! Good luck and thanks for joining in on the fun at Cheery Lynn Designs challenge.
Barbara What a cute card. Love you December background. Also the tree and train together are perfect. Thanks for joining us in this Cheery Lynn Designs challenge. Good Luck to you.
