Altered Frame

Using a beautiful napkin and some wax,  a cheap Michaels frame can become a work of art. To create my altered frame I adhered my napkin using melted bees wax. I used rub on flourishes, a piece of collage art, and melted colored wax stamped with small stamps. The sentiment  was stamped on design paper and colored with the Simple Swipes technique from the Feb/Mar 2012 newsletter. I am entering my frame in the Frilly and Funkie alter it challenge.
