Try That Technique -- Paper Tole

This week's Try That Technique challenge was Paper Tole from the June 2003 Technique Junkies newsletter. What a blast from the past. It had been ages since I did this technique, and I had to dust off my hot glue gun (after I found it.). It's a shame that flatbed scanners can't show the dimension, but the lanterns really pop. For more texture I used flower soft on the apple blossoms.
