Cuttlequilt

This week's Try That Technique challenge is the Cuttlequilt Technique from the new Emboss or Die CD. As you can see, the background looks somewhat like a quilt and the sections have either been embossed or stamped. All of the embossing folders and stamps are from the Tim Holtz collection. 
This card is also part of the Creative Belli Blog challenge. Notice the brad that is attached near the sentiment. Well that brad was made using my I-Top brad maker. The challenge was to use a tool that we hadn't used for a long time. Well, I can't remember the last time I used the I-Top.
