Love is in the air. To create my card, I used a heart stencil over light pink cardstock and sprayed with glimmer mist. I overstamped with Tiptoe, a stamp from Outlines in purple and heat embossed the image. The sentiment is an outlines sticker.

I know that shimmers and shines in person with the GLimmer Mist!!! Lovely and neat way to use this stamp! So glad you could play along with Outlines this week!
