Simon Says Stamp and Show 8-30-10

The challenge this week at Simon Says Stamp and Show was layers. I chose to create my card using images from the Artistic Outpost stampsheet Cracker Jack. All of the paper used is from Club Scrap. Hopefully you can find all of the layers. What you may not be able to see on the scan is that the ball player is popped and the baseball is double popped. The player's uniform was done using the Pieced-Zines technique from the Feb/Mar 2010 Technique Junkies newsletter. I thought that technique was perfect for a layers challenge. The card is based on sketch 32 from 50 Card Making Sketches by Jennifer Gormly available in digital format. I think that this piece makes a great masculine card.
